Stop Living the Same Year Twice

What Is Axis Women About?

  • I’m not a therapist.
I’m not a coach who will hype you up.
I’m not here to comfort you into staying the same.

  • I’m someone who will sit with you in the truth of where you are, without flinching, without sugarcoating, and without letting you hide from yourself.

I hold a clear frame when things feel messy.
I ask the questions most people avoid.
I help you see what’s actually going on and what needs to change.

    In your real life.

  • If you’re looking for comfort, validation, or someone to agree with you - you won’t find it here.

    But if you’re ready to:

    • take responsibility for your life

    • face what you’ve been avoiding

    • and move forward with clarity and direction

Then we’ll have something real to work with.

This Is Not Coaching. This Is Different.

Open conversation woman

Small group conversations.

One woman speaks. The others hold still.

No one jumps in. No one offers solutions. No one tries to make it better.

You say the real thing out loud — not the edited version, not the version that sounds acceptable. The actual thing.

That alone does something.

You leave with less noise and more direction than you came in with.

Why Axis Women Exists - A Place Where Women Stop Negotiating for Their Worth

A few years ago, after a difficult argument with my husband, I left the house in tears, not knowing where to go or who to call. I didn’t need much in that moment. Just a little human warmth. Someone willing to listen. A place to land. I had no one at that time.

I’m an immigrant without extended family here. My two children were the only close people in my life.

When we need support, we’re told to turn to a therapist, a pastor, or a good friend. But what if you don’t have a therapist you trust or can afford? What if you’re new and haven’t built real friendships yet? Or you simply cannot share certain things with people you already know?

In a crisis, there are shelters and emergency services. But in the quiet, confusing, lonely moments of life, where do we go?

What I needed was very simple: someone present, someone grounded, someone who would sit across from me and listen without trying to fix, judge, or reshape me.

We are missing that today.

Life has been replaced by busyness, noise, and surface-level connection. But human beings are not built for that. We are built for real conversation, for attention, for truth, for community. That moment stayed with me. It became a line I will not cross again, and a standard I now hold for the spaces I create.

Axis Women was born from that place.

A space where women come as they are. Where they speak honestly. Where they are heard. Where they remember their strength, instead of negotiating for it.

1:1 Session

A private conversation. Nothing between you and the truth of where you are.

You bring what's actually going on — not the polished version, not the version you've been telling yourself. We stay with it until it becomes clear.

You leave with direction you can stand on.

Duration: 60–90 minutes
Format: Virtual (Zoom) or in person

Small Group Sessions

In person. Small group. Real presence.

One woman speaks at a time. The others don't jump in, don't advise, don't try to fix anything. They simply stay present — which turns out to be rarer and more useful than most people expect.

Silence is allowed. You don't have to perform clarity you don't yet have.

You leave knowing where you actually stand.

This format is forming now. If you want to be part of the first group, add your name in the contact form below. No commitment, just a signal that you're interested. I'll reach out personally when it's ready.
